Every encounter I’ve had with Dependable Plumbing makes me know why they chose their name! They are quick to respond, impeccably prompt and polite and they work hard to solve my plumbing problem. They are up front about pricing ( no additional charges you weren’t informed about) and they are so good at explaining things that you don’t wonder later if you’ve over paid. I am happy to recommend Ariana and Javier from Dependable Plumbing.

Ariana and Javier took great care in troubleshooting our issue, recommending a solution, fixing the problem, and cleaning up and putting things back when they were done. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

Spent the entire morning with me going through the house and basement explaining all the details of plumbing, heating, infrastructure in a 100 year old house and why I had what I had and how what I had could improve. Discussed the difference between galvanized steel, copper, cast iron and interplay between the 3. Helped me understand codes and permits. Very thorough. Very detailed. Very trustworthy. Doesn’t pressure you into purchasing. Expects loyalty but deserves it as well. Very very professional. Wore shoe covers every time they went from outside to inside and from basement to inside. I would recommend them and plan on using their service again. Oh and I called them at 630am and they were out here by 9am. Same day service!

Ariana and Xavier from Dependable Rooter & Plumbing did a great job fixing my shower cartridge. I was pretty terrified when I realized that I can't shut off water in my shower. I called the company and Ariana and Xavier arrived very quickly, shut the water and identified the problem. They fixed it in no time. They were very professional both at their job and in communication.
