This place is amazing! It's clean, cozy and inviting.
Classes/Instructors review:
- Gentle and yin yoga with Jennifer are not to be missed, you will walk out feeling centered, balanced and ready for the day.
- Danielle's Tuesday flow class is wonderful, perfect for all levels with all the options offered, and she never tries to push you if you're not ready for the next option.
- Elena's Pilates class on Monday is great since she understands the importance of form and how to fix your alignment to get the maximum benefit from your workout.
- Jessica's Sculpt classes: I met Jessica when I did not know how to even do a proper squat, and in a couple of years, I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. What sets Jessica apart, is that she truly cares about each student's fitness journey and will inspire and motivate you to become a stronger healthier version of you.
- Jessica's dance classes: Once you try Jessica's dance classes, all other dance class won't do. Best cardio workout in town.
