This was my first time getting my vehicle fixed by a body shop and didn't know what to expect, especially after hearing so many bad stories. My experience was great and my vehicle looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone asking me if I know a place for body work. Thank you guys again for everything.

(July 2, 2019, 12:22 pm)Where do I even start. They bought the wrong protective film for the panel they replaced, then said they would replace it with the right one but never did. The one-touch close on my driver's side window doesn't work anymore after they worked on my car. They left a huge piece of tape on the driver's side window and didn't explain why. They stole my driver's side car mat and replaced it with a generic one, and when I pointed it out to them they light straight to my face saying that was the mat that was in the car when it came in, even though the plastic was still attached to it saying "TO BE REMOVED BY DEALER." They wiped down the inside of my car with a filthy rag, leaving behind a nasty odor that lingered in the car for a week. They scratched the bottom edge of my hood while replacing the body panel below it, and then when I asked for it to be fixed they said it wasn't their fault until I pointed out that the damage wasn't in the insurance assessment. As time goes on I keep finding more and more ways they damaged my car.
