  Lamps plus has been my go to store for the majority of my lighting needs. A few years ago I furnished a new house with lighting. Most recently I have ordered a lot of outdoor lighting to replace the old existing lighting. In the first instance they shipped everything out east and it all arrived on time and not a thing missing or damaged. This last order has been the very same way. We do miss the Blossom Hill store as there was a worker in there that was so meticulous in ordering and knowledgeable about lighting that we were always confident that the order would be perfect, and they were. This last time we ordered on-line and it was all sent within the same week. That's service at its best!

  Maria Bautista patiently explained relevant information of lighting design to us. She also provided helpful advice and helped us narrow down our selection at the store. Her after-sale service is outstanding, especially helped us resolve issues after the light fixture was installed.

  I've purchased a number of lights from them over the years. They have always offered great customer service and have most things in stock or close at hand. Recently had an identical issue with several of the same exterior lights we mounted on our front fence line where the epoxy failed and the glass diffusers fell and shattered on the ground. They warrantied them, provided the part number in case we needed them again outside of warranty, and immediately ordered replacements for me. Couldn't be happier with them for standing behind their products. They will continue to have our business in the future.

  I have purchased 7 light fixtures since December from Lamps Plus on Steven’s Creek, SJ and found the 2 sales reps to be professional and well-informed. I am very satisfied with their service and the fixtures. Great experience, beautiful lighting fixtures!

  This is one of the 2 locations of Lamp plus in the south bay. I visited the store to look for lights ,lamps for our home. I spoke to Maria Bautista at the store. I told her that I would look around first and then I will ask her all questions together. She is very good and first understood my requirements before walking around the store to show me products. She also showed me how to search online for various products ,keywords to use, different buyers for my style. I loved the store and the best part is that the associates do not bother you unnecessarily so you can peacefully look around and you always have someone around to help you.
