Social Thinking

After attending a Social Thinking conference, I now realize academic success is dependent on social thinking. To comprehend the deeper meaning of a story with reading a book, understanding the actions of the characters, and how others affect them. Some of my students have a more “literal” understanding of social cues; they tend to be better at informational text and weak in comprehending social literature.
