  My family have lived here for several years. We all like here. The environment is quite good. Lots of places to play for kids and near to several parks. Also the neighbors are very friendly and diversity. The managament team is nice and professional. Here we have many activities and parties every year, which my family and some neighbor friends like very much. Hope to live here another year as long as the price is reasonable.

  My family and I have loved living here! It's in a great area, close to many different parks and the gated community is beautiful. We love the staff and they are always going above and beyond to show the tenants that they appreciate us by hosting different events for the kids and family. The space and layout of the apartments are perfect, large rooms and patio is also a plus with extra storage. I would have given 5 stars, but my only complaint is that once your lease is up they do hike up the rent. Our rent was raised 10.8% after our first year and it would have gone up even more if we did not agree to renew then and there (which was almost 2 months before our lease was up).

  My mother and I love living at Summerwood. The Summerwood management and staff are very professional and super friendly. They maintain a high standard of service. This is reflected in the upkeep of the beautiful grounds and facilities and in their positive and caring responsiveness to the needs of residents. Summerwood feels like a vibrant neighborhood with a wonderfully diverse resident community of all ages. It is truly a hidden gem.
