  It is basically clean. It is not at the level Comfort Suites is typically. The built in hair dryer does not work. When I told the front desk it seemed like they already knew. A 2 queen bed room they only supplied 2 towels, no wash cloths. Since our daughter is with us, I had to go ask for another towel. It is more of a Comfort Inn in my opinion. Breakfast had no fruit and luke warm coffee. They did have cereal, waffles and yogurt, etc. Pool and hot tub are nice. It is definitely a good place to stay. Just doesn't scream Comfort Suites to me. We have stayed in many Choice Hotels over the years from Rodeway's on up. But I would stay here again.
