N. American Roofing Inc

I have worked with many contractors in my 73 years and being a home owner of different homes over the past 40 years. I have had my homes remodeled, reroofed, etc. As my usual, i did my due diligence researching roofers. This was a word of mouth referral. I contacted the contractors’ licensing board to verify license and bond. He had an A rating with no complaints. Ever. He offered the most competitive of the 3 bids I obtained. I also liked him the best of the 3 for his professional approach to both myself and the job.
Ivan Rodriquez of North American Roofing and his crew of workers were each individually courteous, friendly, and professional. My home is 1506 sqFt and has 3 dormers. The old roof was removed on a Thursday afternoon, officially inspected, and the new roof installed mostly on Friday and Saturday (with an added tube skylight). Monday was about an hour of final touches and it was done. I’m an avid gardener with many specimen plants. At the end of each work day, I walked around and was amazed to see virtually no evidence of roofing debris. My garden was left completely intact. (I found exactly one nail on each side of the house. A couple of tiny scrap of underlayment had blown into the shrubbery. And not much more.) This was the Cleanest Job I have Ever experienced in 40+ years of home owning. The final inspection was Wednesday (today). I was able to talk with the inspector. He said they did a very good job and signed off on it without reservation. Great and Fast experience! Within 3 days of my original call - I had an electronic quote to my email and text message with a super reasonable quote compared to some others I have heard of in my neighborhood and he gave color options. I have a basic size house (1300sq ft). The owner Ivan showed up to my house two days before to remind me. Then the day before, his office lady called that they would be there the following morning at 7am. They were able to replace any wood, rip off all the old 3 layers of roof, dispose of the trash, touch up paint on any replaced wood, properly reconnect gutters, and finish in 2 days!!!!!! He had a whole crew come and they were on time. I would recommend again Forsure And the work looks sleek & perfectly layed and NO LEFT OVER GARBAGE!

This guys are awesome , I used North American for a roofing replacement and I couldn't be happier, the guys delivered everything we asked for . Great price and great quality . I would recomend them to all my friends and family.
