  US Storage Centers - White Bear
  Both Randy & John we're a big help. After buying an RV I was in search of a spot to store it. With so many going on the road and everyone needing storage I wanted something close to home. I was lucky to find a spot. The facility was clean, beautifully maintained and convenient to freeway, shopping and gas stations. This was a big win! Thanks again US Storage!!

  The manager Randy and his team at US Storage have made my moving process incredibly easier. The staff are all kind and willing to help and explain any questions you may have. Randy went out of his way to show me the units available and walked me through the amenities offered. After completing my rental forms Randy made sure I understood how to enter and exit through the locked gates and was very kind and respectful.

  I used this US Storage center in White Bear Lake while my daughter moved out from one apartment till she found another apartment. The office personnel were kind and accommodating, the facility is clean, the climate controlled unit was affordable, the entrance and elevators are large and located conveniently to access 2nd floor, large push carts at entrance for use, they prorated monthly charge for only the days used for the month I moved out of the unit. I'll definitely use this facility again in the future. I highly recommend this place!

  I contacted US Storage because of the place I had my storage unit was becoming a risk for my safety as well as my personal belongings. My experience was well beyond my expectations. The unit size was readily available, Clean, Respectful and willing to provide anything the could help me during this time of uncertainty. The secured feeling I felt there was so grateful, and the drive in bay kept me out of the rain, cold and just felt right. Carts are very useful and ready for wherever I needed them. My experience has been so positive I could write a longer review, but if you are need of a great, clean, well secured area this is the place to contact.

  My experience with US Storage has been absolutely wonderful!
  
  CUSTOMER SERVICE
  The staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful. They were also very flexible and accommodating when I wanted to tour the facility to look at storage units.
  
  CLEANLINESS
  The facilities are new and kept very clean. I was impressed with this.
  
  PRICING
  I found their pricing to be very fair and actually very good compared to other units in the area that are not climate controlled and are smaller.
  
  Management worked with me to get me the best price for what I needed.
  
  CONVENIENCE
  The site offers 3 huge bays to unload at or you can utilize a smaller entrance to make a quick stop. They offer flat bed wheeled carts at all the entrances.
  
  I am very happy with my experience at US Storage and would definitely recommend them. They were recommended to me!
