  I can't say enough about the high quality experience I had living in this beautiful, resort-like community in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains. Aside from the incredible scenery, the architecture and endless walking paths, the management and staff were literally some of the best I've ever dealt with. As a traveling nurse, I've lived in numerous places in several states and every single person I dealt with in the office or maintenance staff were extremely helpful, professional, and seemed to be genuinely compassionate. I loved my apartment! The views were amazing! The community was very dog friendly with a huge dog park where neighbors were always very considerate of their dogs. I wish I could have stayed forever but had to head back East to be closer to family. Thank you to everyone at Mission Hills for such a memorable experience from start to finish! You made the move-in/ move-out process so smooth, you always followed up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and truly cared. Special thanks to Laura and Diego!

  I have lived here for almost a year. Just now, my microwave's vent fan would not turn off. I could not see how to unplug the unit. I called and Mikey answered, listened patiently to my dilemma and told me that it was possible there was an internal switch that would reset the vent fan. Before he got the whole sentence out, the fan shut off. The 24 hour service at this place is a lifesaver. In particular, Mikey saved my night just by being patient and kind.
