    The gym is very clean. The instructor (kevin) is knowledgeable and friendly. He does a great job at catering the class difficulty to my needs. I also value the nutrition information that I receive in class. I would recommend this gym to all levels.

    This place is awesome. They really care about you and your progress. I have done 5 classes and feel very comfortable. The classes are small which is cool because you get more of a one on one type training. Everyone there is makes you feel welcome. I'm in my mid 50's and don't feel pressured to keep up with younger ones or the ones that have been going for a long time. Love it.

    Overall an excellent fitness studio equipped to provide the needs of anyone. Whether you are a beginner in your fitness journey or have been one for a long time, Challenge Fitness works with you to develop a custom training for you. There are a variety of workout classes from bootcamp , cardio kickboxing , core , Paleties and Zumba. Go in and see for your self. I have enjoyed and have gotten excellent results from Christian Ramos' workouts for 4 years now. I feel great!
