Both Mary and CJ are really exceptional. They are passionate about what they do and have a unique way of bringing out the best in your kid. My daughter is now in college (D1 Track and field), but whenever she comes home she looks for opportunities to train with Game ready.

I signed my son up for Game Ready Fitness before his freshman year of High School Football. In 5 months, my son put on 10 - 15 lbs and more importantly, learned how to lift weights correctly. My son was stronger, faster, and more prepared for High School Football because of Game Ready Fitness. The coaches are amazing and, even though some days were tougher than others, my son loved the program. I highly recommend Game Ready Fitness!

Coach Mary is the best coach I have ever worked with. She designs a program for me that works on my weaknesses but provides me with enough victories that I never get bored. She works to know ME as an individual and provides me with great coaching cues along with support to meet my goals. I have been working for her more than 2 years now and have seen great improvement both physically and mentally.
