  Great Experience. Austin is very professional and kind. We know that our plumbing is not the best in this home, and Austin was very helpful with letting us know what we needed to do to take care of. We had more repairs than anticipated, however, I felt that I was getting a fair value. I will be requesting to have Austin back in a couple of weeks to take care of the rest of our repairs. It is nice to know that I do not have to dread a plumber's visit. Thank you!

  On Friday, February 8, 2019 I had The privilege of meeting your tech by the name of Forrest. He was here to do my annual furnace tuneup. He is an awesome young man. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable , and very professional. He was more than eager to answer my questions in regards to the furnace and The thermostat which I had.????Good job!! Plumbline, I hope you appreciate Forrest. Good, hard-working employees Are not all that easy to come by.

  Very professional and high quality as always. The dispatch team did a great job communicating. The on-site rep kept me very informed and clear on what to expect and status. He demonstrated deep knowledge of specs and regulations, quickly honed in on the problem and got it resolved, and educated me throughout on safety considerations and options. I will definitely use them again.

  Curt was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He didn’t seem to mind me watching how he did things and asking questions. He wore booties when in the house and cleaned up all the pieces of wire resulting from his work. The price was fair for the work and he finished very quickly. It would be great if all electricians and trades homeowners deal with were like Curt. I would definitely hire Plumbline in the future.

  Though the cost to replace a sewer ejector pump was on the upper bound of estimates the replacement was done correctly and in a timely fashion. The technician was friendly, professional, and respectful. Tech made sure to complete a clean installation of the new pump and presented himself to be very knowledgeable. Would consider using Plumb Line Services for future house repair needs.
