Game Changers Boot Camp

I'm 5 months in, down 25 pounds, and feel fully empowered to keep this off (and just hit my original goal, so it's time to make a new one). I've never had the same workout twice, so getting bored is impossible. This is a very supportive and friendly environment, and you'll be challenged but not yelled at. There are people of all shapes and fitness levels. And having a (yummy!) protein shake handed to you as you end your workout will spoil you. And while the main focus is the exercise, Mack & Jeff make sure you're on the right track for a nutritional path that will complement the hard work you're putting in.
I wholeheartedly recommend Game Changers for anyone who's looking to change the path that their health is on. If you're looking to be seen while you sweat, find a gym. If you want to change your body for good, go to Game Changers.

Talk about a full body workout! I felt muscles that I never knew I had. I like the fact that the trainers take the time to understand what your trying to accomplish, how to eat right and really motivate you to reach your goals. Did I mention you get a nice protein shake after every workout! Love this place!

Wow, my experience with Game Changers has been incredible. I live in Parker, CO and it was a quick drive to Game Changers Boot Camp in Centennial after a friend recommended their program. I haven't been in this good of shape since I played football in high school. Maybe even better than then. So much energy and support, I'll recommend anyone who is considering.
