Julia Temple Healthcare Center

My husband was at Julia Temple for 2 weeks. He received excellent care from the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable & very caring.

My father was at Julia Temple (JT) for just shy of 3 weeks for a rehab stay after breaking a femur/hip. He had no complaints about the food or staff. My experience with them was pleasant for the most part. They were able to get him strong enough to be able to transfer with assistance and allow him to return to his assisted living. All within the 20 days paid by Medicare.

While it is not a Hilton and I cannot speak for the long term care side of the facility; the reviews are accurate that the furniture in the rooms are definitely well used but do function as intended. The bathroom in the room however was very nice, easily accessible and well maintained.

My three stars reflect the above. The week my dad was discharged I had received an invoice for an additional 9 days to the end of the month that my dad was not at the facility as he had been discharged. I will make note that they did extend my dads stay by one day to make discharge on a Monday and got it approved with medicare. At the time of this review the invoice has not been settled with JT with multiple attempts for clarification.

Additionally, My fathers dentures were misplaced. As I did not pick up my dad the day he was discharged I was not able to ensure he had all his items. Though JT stresses inventory things do get lost.

Edit. Although a bill was sent. The additional 9 days were void and JT did not collect on those days. I added a star because JT did get me a check for the cost of new dentures.

For the past 9 years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with Julia Temple as a healthcare provider, and I can confidently say that they have an extraordinary and compassionate team. Their dedication to patient care is evident in every aspect of their service, from creating safe discharge plans for rehab graduates to nurturing and caring for their long-term residents.

It's evident that he sets high standards, which reflects in the exceptional care provided by every member of the team.

From the moment you step foot at Julia Temple, you'll be greeted with warmth and kindness, starting with the friendly faces at the front desk. The billing office is efficient and accommodating, making the administrative processes seamless for patients and their families.

The social workers at Julia Temple are remarkable in their dedication to the residents' overall well-being. They go above and beyond to ensure that each individual's emotional and social needs are met, creating a supportive and nurturing environment.

The direct care staff deserve special recognition for their dedication and professionalism. Their commitment to delivering personalized care to each resident is praiseworthy. They truly care about the outcomes of their patients and work tirelessly to ensure the best possible results.

My dad was at Julie Temple for 2 months, they are a wonderful rehab clinic they accepted him with compassion the direct lady Jennifer was wonderful she helped him in getting as much help as possible to discharge in going home. After being there two months they were like family there goal was to help my dad Val to get better and to go home. I'm so grateful/ thankful for this place. Carlie in the front desk was wonderful she was very friendly and my dad felt the warmth and love in this place. You will be happy they are there to help your loved one. I recommend this place to all and everyone this place is phenomenal..Thank you Julia Temple you guys are awesome my dad is recovering at home. You guys are truly heros you go above and beyond in helping those who need the help. We are happy with the Care my dad had you guys are wonderful I appreciate you all.
