I really love Eileen's approach to anxiety. One of the therapies that helped me the most which she performs is EMDR. It helped me "process" quicker, than just with regular "talk" therapy alone. Not only did it help my mind, it also helped what was trapped in my body as well. A very powerful modality. Thank you Eileen!

I took her online guided mediation course and during the month I felt myself more grounded, focused and much calmer. I was able to access her course from anywhere; her content was relative to life and it was easy to digest. Eileen is a very compassionate and caring professional/ social worker/ counselor. She is great at motivating and supporting her peers in reaching their goals and encourages them to do their best.
