Natalie is an expert in the art of Pilates and a champion for our wellness. She watched me closely over the course of the first few sessions, took note of my strengths and needs, and selected the most appropriate combinations of exercises. In a particular area where I was struggling, she figured out that one muscle was working too hard while the other was not activating at all…this discovery allowed me to make the changes needed to finally progress in my recovery. I’ve had a complicated series of injuries and surgeries and I will always feel safe and supported in the Strategic Pilates studio. I can feel my strength, flexibility and range of motion improve while cultivating a body awareness that will allow me to function with more grace and ease. Natalie varies the routine to keep it fun and interesting. She is proficient with all the equipment and props. The studio is immaculately clean and bright. I look forward to each and every session!

I feel so fortunate to have started my pilates journey with Natalie. Not only is she above and beyond knowledgeable and passionate about pilates, Natalie is the most attentive instructor I’ve ever had in any discipline. What I’ve taken away from my time as a student of Natalie’s is an attention to detail, a deep understanding behind the form, and a love and curiosity for pilates. Several years later after my first class, pilates is a part of my life now and a consistent passion, all because of Natalie’s practice of making classical pilates accessible! She is an incredible teacher- I remember times where she would meet me before class to work on improving my form, and stay after to answer questions and stoke our biweekly pilates community. When COVID-19 ended our in-person sessions, her ability to facilitate Zoom classes at no cost was something I looked forward to and appreciated. Her passion and generous spirit make Natalie a teacher second to none!

I am so lucky to known Natalie (the owner of the studio) before I became a pilates instructor. She not only helped me graduate from the most comprehensive pilates training, but she is also a great mentor as a pilates instructor. Her unique guidance, expertise and integrity has helped me improve my own teaching skills. I've been going to this Pilates studio for about two years off and on, and it is one of the most positive, well-informed exercise experiences I've ever had. Pilates can have a high barrier to entry due to confusing-looking equipment and unusual movement, but Natalie explains everything clearly and with a sense of humor.
