I have attended a variety of classes here. The instructors are knowledgeable and intuitive. I LOVED taking my 3 month old daughter to baby yoga - it was still a good work out for mom but so much fun and less serious than most yoga classes, I smiled almost the whole time - it was just so adorable!
The community at Shri Studios is welcoming and encouraging. I started practicing at Shri after my hip surgery, at a time when I needed patience, guidance and understanding. Each teacher was more than willing to help me modify my poses and they never made me feel like I couldn't do something. Every time I leave Shri, I take a big audible sigh because I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend Shri to anyone looking for a deeper connection with themselves and an inspiring and uplifting community.
Shri Studios is great! The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate and each of them brings their own unique approach to their classes. The space is small, which provides for a more intimate experience for each class. I highly recommend Shri Studios for all yoga enthusiasts living in the Longmont area.
Shri Studios is the best yoga studio I've been to in Colorado, and I've been to a fair amount. They have several different teachers that all have a variety of teaching styles; definitely recommend trying it out.
I found Shri Studio when my yoga nidra teacher moved to this new location. Every class I've taken at Shri has been fulfilling, the kid yoga is wonderful as well! I'm so happy to be part of this kind community.
