We have been using Louisville Tire and Auto for many years for both our business and personal needs. There is no such thing as a perfect mechanic, too many variables. I will say that they are honest, experienced, and thorough. When you go to a dealership, you often get pay a lot more, because they troubleshoot by fixing everything and often not very well. These guys are not afraid to fix the problem and save you some money.

From the word go, they were awesome! I called them when my car wouldn't start and the help was top notch every step of the way.

Since my car wouldn't start, they connected me to a super friendly tow truck company to get my car to their shop. Once there, they gave me an initial quote that was competitive, but told me they'll shop around for the best prices on parts.

They found my parts cheaper than expected and it cut my quote by 30-40%! Once installed, they found out that part wasn't the issue, and they dug deeper to discover the root of the problem.

I got lucky and the final repair was inexpensive and quick! But they were always honest and timely every step of the way.

10/10 would recommend working with them... As noted by also dropping my girlfriend's car with them the same day, ha!

You guys are awesome! Took a flat tire to Big O and they said it was not repairable and tried to sell me two NEW tires along with a 4 hr wait for no services to be performed. Brought the flat to Louisville Tire and Auto, and you guys had it patched and mounted in less than 40min! This business will never try to upsell you on any work not needed and they are refreshingly honest especially in this profession. You have my business!
