I have had consistently positive experiences at this location getting various work completed. Jake in particular went above and beyond assisting me with a coolant hose issue. Not only did he provide a fair price, but he was incredibly kind and informative throughout an anxiety inducing process for me. He went above and beyond to solve a unique issue I was having. He patiently fielded all of my questions and explained everything in terms someone with little knowledge on cars could understand. This company is very lucky to have him representing them and I will continue to return to this location even after moving to another part of the Denver area.

The Jiffy Lube Crew did a fantastic job and were spot on with their performance, knowledge and time spent. the prices given at the beginning were matched perfectly at the end for the work preformed. They were friendly, fast and great to work with.

Each time I visit the Jiffy Lube in Lafayette, I’m met by very knowledgeable and respectful people who go out of their way to answer my questions, allay my concerns and make me feel very comfortable. This location exemplifies true customer attention and satisfaction. You should clone it.
