(May 13, 2015, 6:26 pm)I never thought I would comment on awesome customer service at a Walmart, but here it is! Today, I bought a HUGE plastic kiddie pool that had to be tied to the top of my SUV. The first time an employee helped me tie it on, I only made it a few blocks before it fell off. I called distraught, unable to return to Walmart because I couldn't leave the pool, but with a toddler and infant who were both hungry (the infant crying uncontrollably). Two employees walked down from Walmart, tightly secured the pool, and ensured that when I drove off it stayed put. I could not have been more surprised and touched that they helped me out when they totally didn't need to. THANK YOU.
