Absolutely amazing! From intial phone call to in store visit customer service was wonderful. Never felt pushed or that they were trying to up sell me in anyway. I told them my budget and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. Such a nice experience after so many rude interactions. I understand the rebates have made stores much busier and they have done a wonderful job of adjusting to that and making sure they can accommodate everyone! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

I am so thrilled I bought my e-bike with eBikes USA!! I went to 4 different bike shops and this store was the most attentive to my million questions! Sam helped me the many times I came into the store, he was amazing and helped me explore the different options! 10/10 recommend this shop and they accept the Colorado State e-bike rebate!

It all started when I heard on the radio one morning, that Colorado was taking applications for ebike rebates. When I got home that evening, I filled out the application and submitted it to the respective email that I had heard on the radio. I didn't think I stood much of a chance to win but lo and behold a few weeks later, I received a congratulatory email that I was being given a voucher for $1400 for an ecargo bike and $100 for accessories. Ebikes USA came up on the list of retailers that I could shop with, and so on Labor Day, I got down to eBikes USA shortly after they opened for business and Chris was the first to approach me and get me started on looking at the bikes. They have a nice selection and Chris pointed out the several bikes that were of the ecargo type. I test rode two bikes around the neighborhood which I thought was a nice thing-so that one can see how the bike feels as Chris had suggested. I fell in love with the Aventon Abound in the sage color (There was also $700 off of the Aventon Abound bike for the Labor Day sale) and I bought some very large panniers and a premium kryptonite chain lock to go with. I just thought that the entire bike store was very helpful and wanted me to purchase the bike just for me. Chris was very knowledgeable and polite and I would definitely return for future ebike purchase or accessories! Thank you eBikes USA!!

Mark and Oliver were awesome! We went to another dealer in town, but the selection and their knowledge was far better. The people who work at this shop are passionate and make finding the right bike easy and fun. I’m excited for my 1st e bike! Here’s the bike I chose:

I had been thinking about buying an E Bike for about a year and didn't really trust what people were saying on line. I decided to test ride some bikes and talk to the shop guys. I had road tested the RAD at one shop and then serendipitously walk into E Bike USA. These guys are some of the best salesmen I have encountered. They let me test ride any bike I wanted. I rode about five bikes and was explained the difference between mid-Drive and wheel drive. I rode the Dost and was convinced that this was the bike. It was about a grand more then the lesser bikes but what a difference it made! I didn't want to post immediately so I am now after 350 miles on my Dost. This bike has literally changed my life. I ride it almost everyday to places I would never go to before in Denver. I google parks, paths, rivers, lakes and figure well I have enough battery! Why not! The torque on this bike is Killer! You can go 25-30 miles an hour and hardly be pedaling. The range is outstanding . I am so happy with my purchase and the extra accessories that EBike USA threw in for free! If you are thinking about buying an E bike go to USA!!!
