I guess some residents don't read their emails, because we all received an email from the management company to let us know that due to horrible covid crisis they would only be taking care of emergency requests. I have always been happy living here at Eastbridge, and recommend this community to all my friends looking to move to Stapleton. I love the area, and couldn't be happier! Great location, great staff, and beautiful apartment!
Really glad we moved here. Maintenance has been super helpful since we arrived. We moved here in the middle of a snow storm (& pandemic). Kayla & Jacob made the move in really easy. Jacob even salted our moving truck ramp, without us even asking for his help. We rented site un-seen as well and even though we knew the sqft, the homes are laid out really well it was A LOT bigger than we anticipated. Absolutely love the location, there is so much to do and you can walk everywhere. I feel comfortable even walking by myself at night. I don't know what the other comments are talking about. The management company sends out notifications, if you just read them you'll know whats going on and if you call the office or email - they'll explain. As well, they don't claim to be a "luxury" community, if thats what you are looking for then you want Broadstone Lowry (we toured there too but way to expensive but they are the poster child for luxury). Greenbelt is your normal apartment community, which I love because you aren't upcharged for all the "bells & whistles" like 7575 Town Center. I would also rather be here than over at 7575 Town Center where they just raised my friends rent by $200 in the middle of a pandemic! I talked to a few of my neighbors and Greenbelt keep their rent the same here, no increase. Really says a lot about this community, they actually care about their residents. I'm looking forward to what else is in store for the future and will definitely renew when the time comes.
The leasing team at Greenbelt is very prompt to answer emails and they take the time to explain any questions I’ve had. The condos are conveniently located within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, pool and walking paths. The grounds are well maintained along with the Doggy Park located next to the grassy common area. Even through the transition, the leasing team and maintenance were responsive and addressed our questions and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Greenbelt at East Bridge is by far the nicest place I have lived in Denver. My (very rare) maintenance requests have been completed in less than 24 hours!! Jacob is one of the friendliest people ever. He always has an explanation for everything and is easy to work with. Kayla in the office is extremely professional and always answers every question I have so clearly and quickly! The grounds here are beautiful and I love living here! King Soopers is right across the street and so convenient! There are also a lot of walking trails close by! My dogs love it here too!!!
