I'd looked for almost a year for a studio I could vibe with when I came across Atherial on a Google search. I came to my first class and was BLOWN AWAY by how inviting the community was. I was immediately greeted like an old friend and given individualized attention like an valuable asset of their community. I quickly realized this was the place for me when by the end of my second class I had done more than I did in an entire year at another studio movement wise. I found the teachers motivated myself and all other individuals into a confident state of mind making even more difficult postures attainable for every body type. I love seeing so many different types, backgrounds and sizes of people in our community and how regardless of who you are you always leave with a smile on your face. This isn't just a studio; it's a full on community. One that places value on every visit with them and every phase of your practice as you progress. Get a difficult posture here and people clap for each other!! People are regularly invited to stay and mingle in between classes having a cup of tea and a moment to reflect. Something I've definitely never felt comfortable doing anywhere else. It's easy to spend all day here because everyone is so uplifting. If you are looking to deepen your connection with self, build out your yoga practice, or just try something brand new and way out of your element Atherial has the competency and community to get you there.

(June 22, 2018, 12:46 am)I love love love this studio. The best part is that there are so many different things to try: aerial yoga one day, barre the next, and variations upon variations. The instructors are so nice, and the studio is in such a convenient location with ample free parking. Can't recommend enough!

(May 29, 2018, 11:54 am)My sister and I were in Denver for a few days and decided to try out aerial yoga for the first time. We attended a basic flow class with Reba and it was a great experience! They cultivate a very safe environment and even though some of the poses were more painful than I would have guessed, I enjoyed my time! If I lived in Denver (instead of the east coast) I would definitely go back!

I felt a bit nervous trying out aerial yoga for the first time but they put me at ease and helped guide me through everything. It was so much fun! The instructors took special care to make sure I was safe and having fun! Great place!
