Focus, a full service Realty. This tells it all. My husband and I needed to relocate to a much smaller home due to health problems. We were referred to Focus from a family member. Being in our mid 70’s we seemed to need a little more help in the technological end of things. When I struggled with this, Stacy, our real estate agent offered to drive across town to help. We discussed the price range Frank and I were comfortable with and Stacy did a detailed comparative market analysis. Focus had good references for cleaning people, repairmen, to prepare our home.

We left town for a weekend and it snowed heavily. Stacy drove clear across town to shovel our walks in case someone wanted to see the house!

Focus brought in a staging person at no cost to us. And Stacy helped us sell some of our furniture because we were moving to a house half the size. She also offered to come over the day of moving to assist us. After our move Stacy dropped by to make sure we were okay and gave us a list of all the local places like restaurants, flower shops, and grocery stores.

We have contacted Focus Realty to buy and sell our homes twice, and to be sure we would highly recommend them to others.

One of the best! Lisa did an excellent job selling my house in just a couple days. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciated her going out of her way to purchase multiple staging items to help the house shine. Great extras too, like live facebook videos, 3D tour, etc. Truly a pleasure to work with!
