(February 20, 2023, 4:52 pm)Just recently bought my 2nd hot tub from Aqua Spas in Castle Rock. There's no other hot tub I'd ever own or purchase besides a Master Spa. Unparalleled build quality, built in the U.S., and any parts for maintenance are easily sourced locally (not from oversees).
Mark was super thorough and transparent with me during the discovery process and worked with me on a great, competitive price. Mark even personally called me after the hot tub was delivered and set up to ensure I was satisfied, letting me know to contact him should I ever have questions or need assistance. I've known / worked with the guys at Aqua Spas for years and I'd HIGHLY recommend a Master Spa if you're in the market for a tub. -

At the store Mark was very friendly and made sure we got the right spa for our needs and explained the whole maintenance and delivery process. Courtney was helping us to schedule the delivery and she was very friendly. Dalton was the person who did the delivery and he was very careful when placing the spa and explained in detail the first steps for maintenance. Overall a great experience.
