The staff are very knowledgeable, I have a physical therapy background and I was extremely impressed at their understanding of anatomy and physiology. They are willing to accommodate newbie crossfitters and work with any limitations that you may have, as well as being comfortable working with the more advanced athlete. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a member of various gyms and this is by far my favorite. The coaches are so helpful and very knowledgeable. The members of the gym are very friendly and welcoming as well.

I love everything about this gym! The friendly atmosphere, the thoughtful programming, the great coaches, the wonderful staff in the kid’s lounge and the awesome owners. It’s my happy place!!!

I have been a member of this Box for more than 6 years now. The new owners are really dedicated to the community of Crossfit and bringing people together. We often have social events that are family friendly and my kids LOVE going to the Box
The members are the best part of the facility, many of them are great friends of mine.
The encouragement and positive attitude is infectious.
I have worked out at over 70 other boxes around the country while I traveled for work (and believe me I have A LOT of t-shirts from those places) and this is one of the premier boxes in the country. We welcome you with open arms as long as you are willing to put in the effort!
