    This doctor is probably one of the last really dedicated physicians on planet earth. His competence was evident with my first visit with him and he has since been quick to pick up on various chronic medical issues in my life. I'm grateful for his assistance and wish the medical community had more like him. Every one of his staff members are wonderful and take the stress out of going to a doctor's appointment.

    Dr Nevarez and the staffing at CHPG not only professional but they are personable it like im not just a patient I'm a friend. They are concerned and fun. I have and always will recommend them.

    Dr. Cole and Dr. Duval and all of the staff at CHPG are absolutely amazing. They are attentive to the patients and very thorough with examinations, diagnosing and treating their patients. I have many different medical issues and they have been patient with aiding me to successfully get to the root cause and manage them. The care and concern exhibited from all of the staff from the initial call to check out is very genuine and refreshing. I’m very grateful to have found a place as such.
