  VERY helpful and friendly staff assisted us in getting the right shoes for our requirements. Staff is astute in their product knowledge, selection is great despite current manufacturing limitations, and atmosphere was quite pleasant. We are very happy that the store policies create a safe environment for shoppers and staff alike, including required masks for all, limiting numbers, and an excellent cleaning regimen.

  Nice store! Well-stocked and very dedicated staff. What I wanted wasn't available in my size, but an employee offered to go look in back and, lo and behold, found my size! I profusely thanked her, and she nearly teared up. Said REI really treats their employees great.

  I love shopping at REI. Besides having great quality outdoor gear, the people who work there are always friendly and helpful. Their 1 year return policy is what really hooks me. If I hate it, they take it back. I also bought a sleeping bag and the next week it went on sale and they were really easy and more than willing to give me the better price. Seriously I really enjoy going into REI for my back country needs. I spent about 6k there last year and about 1k this year... :)
