  They offer everything the regular post office does, and at the same cost, no added fees.
  They don't do money orders or passports, as the post office won't allow it. The thing I really like is they really try to find the most affordable shipping price. As a contract station they cannot offer UPS or FEDEX, but will gladly tell you where you can go for these services.

  This (Voyager/COS) P.O. location will forever change my previously skewed view of postal services! I go in at various times of the day, different days of week/month & this location is BY FAR the BEST anywhere! Each of the staff is courteous, so helpful & efficient—I feel like a person rather than a commodity to be stamped & hurried through! The first couple of times I went in, I had to ask “is this a REAL postal service place?” because I couldn’t get over how good the service & experience of being helped by caring people was!!! The USPS would do well to discover the “secret “ of this location & somehow instill it in all other locations! Kudos!

  I just moved to the area from out of state and needed to mail a document and found this little gem. I had no idea they sold really great gift items and souvenirs. I stocked up on postcards to send back to my family and friends. The gentleman was so friendly and welcoming and I can’t imagine going to any other post office ever again.

  What a fantastic presentable and personable post office! I really enjoy having to send 'certified/registered' MAIL to anywhere in this world since driving over to 'Voyager Pkwy' became such a fun and pleasurable activity of mine. Let's talk about the pretty outside shopping area, lot's of free parking all around the stores and an adorable LAKE right behind all of it! Chill walking alleys are there to find with a huge playground for the kids and a fantastic chance to take out your dog! It is THE perfect Location to run some 'errands' and to take a 'relaxed break' from your busy lifestyle!
  
  Now, let's talk about the most caring post office clerk [ Inho Lee / which goes by Alex ] and the rest of the owners out there. They All are excellent in taking care of your daily MAIL needs. I just lately got a perfectly fitting FACE MASK out of Alex's shop, next to the always top notch mail services with absolutely fast and efficient, trustworthy, respectful, resourceful, truthful and safe work of his/theirs! Your important/emergent high profile MAIL will ALWAYS arrive on TIME! ( You can absolutely believe me that. )
  The store itself is also so beautifully decorated! So colorful with the cutest gift / presents you can only find! I call it a little "Last Minute" shopping PARADISE! :0)

  This is the single best post office in the history of post offices. Seriously, if you’ve ever had the dreaded USPS experience, go here instead. They are fast, efficient, wonderfully nice humans who let you use all the tape you need.
  
  I can’t even say enough about this place, and it’s a post office... so that’s wildly impressive. It’s the first time I’ve ever wanted to give a place 15 stars instead of 5.
  
  I have a man over seas and send a lot to APO boxes and they are so perfect about helping me.
  
  I love them. Seriously, I love this post office. ❤️
