Their willingness to teach and help you on your biking journey is beyond any bike shop I have ever been to. Take all your biking needs to these people, they will do you right.

Ascent cycling is a great bike shop and have great customer service. Clay and Pat as well as the rest of the staff helped me order my new bike and kept me updated on its status throughout the long wait. Overall it has been a great experience and I will continue doing business with them.

It's been about 3 weeks since I bought my Kona bike here and I couldn't be happier. I had initially been hoping to spend less and the guy I worked with (sorry I forgot your name!) Was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me the pros and cons of each bike without being pushy. I did end up going with the more expensive option based on his recommendation, and I couldn't be happier. The point is, they have lots of options and want to make sure you're getting the right bike for you. I love my bike and I already feel ready for my triathlon! Thanks guys!

I wanted to share that I could not be more impressed with Ascent or happier with my new mountain bike. Their excellent customer service, product knowledge and experience helped me decide on the best high end Mountain Bike for my body and riding needs. The final bike choice had to be ordered and Ascent kept me up to date on status and made sure the manufacturer fulfilled the order in the quickest time possible. This is certainly important right now with the demand for new bikes.
