Board30 Arvada

I have been going to Board 30 5-6 times a week for the last 1.5 years and absolutely love it! I have never had the same workout twice. All the trainers are amazing! It is a community that takes care and supports each other. I highly recommend Board 30.

I LOVE Board30 in Arvada!

I am a very active college student who had been looking for a fun way to workout during the pandemic. I certainly found what I was looking for when I went to Board30. As my instructor told me, “the hardest part is walking through the door,” but once you get in, the environment is friendly, comforting, and encouraging. I also recently underwent ankle surgery so I was afraid that I may hurt myself while trying to get some exercise. The instructors at Board30 informed me about the safety of the resistance bands and showed me personal accommodations for my ankle.

The instructors are amazing but my favorite classes are those taught by Taylor Boswell. She has a way of motivating and inspiring me to do my best (not to mention her great playlists). I appreciate her soft corrections to my posture during workouts so I can stay safe while maximizing gains.

Whether you are a beginner or have been working out for years, board 30 is inclusive of all levels. After leaving a class I feel proud of myself and find myself eager for the next opportunity I have to work out at Board30!

Board30 has been a fantastic addition to my workout routine this year. I love the focus on resistance training and non-traditional workout routines. The variety in exercises keeps the workouts fresh and challenging. The environment is supportive and encouraging, a very positive place to get fit! It has a wonderful "local" feel and a great sense of community amongst its members which has been a fantastic bonus.

Board30 is the best workout I have found in years! All of the moves can be modified to fit your personal exercise needs and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I also love that every class is different. My daughter and I love to workout together and the environment is so friendly and supportive. I can not recommend it enough. You will not be disappointed.

Board30 is my favorite workout! The classes are wonderful. I love how each workout is different and can be adapted to your individual fitness level. I have been going for 6 weeks and I am getting stronger every day! It is also a wonderful community and everyone is so friendly! I highly recommend Board30 in Arvada!
