I had a very good experience with RMME. They are very helpful and supportive with my order. I was able to get a scooter with the help of David. He was very courteous, informative, patient and kind. His patience shined when it came to showing how to use the device. He brought it to my home, showed me how to take it apart and put it back together again. Even when I needed to see it a few times, he never minded. The office staff is extremely great at communication. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Medical Equipment to everyone.

Major Medical has been so great to me for over a year. The staff are always so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They take care of everything from getting the prescription from my doctor in a timely manner, to making sure they have the right insurance information, and taking care of the billing, to ensuring I get my nutritional supplement delivered to my house before I run out. If a problem comes up on their end, they call me immediately to discuss what is needed to correct the problem, and explain it in such a way so that I understand.

They call me every month and ask me how my health and weight has been over the last month. If I have lost weight, they give me options that might help, ask me if I would like to consult with their nutritionist, and suggest I call my doctor to discuss any issues I have. They confirm my address what flavor I want. They also tell me when I should expect my delivery - and it is always on time.

Recently I developed an intolerance to the type of nutritional supplement I had been taking. Marci said she would notify the nutritionist, Emily, to tell me what they other things they carry. Emily called me promptly and told me about the other types of supplements they carry that meet my nutritional needs. She was very patient with me and made sure I understood the options, which took several times for me. She said she would send me out two alternate supplements for me to try to see which one works for me, and which one I prefer. The next day Marci called me to confirm my address, what items will be sent to me, what flavor I wanted, and told me when I will receive them. She also told me once I decided which type I chose, she would then call my doctor to get the prescription changed to the one I chose.
