(June 23, 2016, 7:59 am)Called to make an appointment for a week out. On the day of the appointment received prompt call from repairman to confirm and he arrived right on time. Discovered a bad pump in the washer which he replaced with no problem. He said there was a weak hose there and I decided not to get it replaced at the time. Two days later that very hose split and I called them back to replace it. Guess what !!! NO CHARGE for the second service call. Nice touch. Would not hesitate to use them again or refer to a friend.
