  Stephanie provided an estimate that was catered to my needs and concerns and I did not need to make changes after reviewing the policy she put together.
  
  Later, I ran out of gas and used my app, within minutes Stephanie was checking on me. It made me appreciate moving from an online company (very good -USAA) to a personal relationship. I was so impressed that she was able to top my wonderful USAA experience and give me more coverage for close to the same cost -even with my terrible driving!!

  I had been told that my car insurance would be going down, and when the bill came, it had not. I called, and they realized I had not been given a discount for having car, apartment rental, and an umbrella policy with you. It was immediately remedied, and I received a rebate plus reduction on future renewals. Thanks.

  Chris is a great communicator and brought good insight to our recent master bathroom update. He was also very flexible with a few changes that came up during the project. It was apparent that he wanted to make sure we were happy with the finished results. He was responsive to even the finest of details. We are pleased with our new master bathroom.

  We could not have been more pleased with our bathroom remodel experience with Chris and Fort Collins Home Improvement. To begin with, Chris is a super nice guy, a true craftsman, and a person who is absolutely true to his word. He always showed up when he said he would and if late or delayed for some reason always sent a text message providing an update. We felt the cost was quite reasonable and there were no cost surprises. A huge benefit was the fact that Chris did all the work himself so there was no having to deal with subcontractors and the inherent delays and frustrations dealing with same. The only sub was the fabricator of the quartz vanity top who works closely with Chris. Attention to detail was evident throughout the project and if something wasn’t perfect then Chris would redo it until it was. Chris was also very good at minimizing the disruption a major remodel can cause and was extremely attentive to keeping the general area clean and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of the work day. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and promptly resolved any concerns (which were very few). We have been thrilled with the final result. Working with Chris has been the best contractor experience we have ever had and we cannot recommend Fort Collins Home Improvement highly enough.

  Totally pleased with their service. We had them redo the drywall in a bedroom. They came when they said they would and completed the job as they quoted in 2 days. You can’t go wrong with doing business with Chris, we are very pleased.

  This is such a warm and friendly agency. They treated me like I was family and are extremely knowledgeable. They make sure that you get the best coverage and for a very fair rate. Response time is super fast and I was able to get all of my questions answered. I was given more information on what all my coverage entailed which I wasn’t even aware of!

  Chris and his family have been absolutely amazing. Another contractor left me high and dry in the middle of my remodel and Chris made time in his busy schedule to squeeze me in and get walls up in my shower so that I could move forward with the project. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. Next time I have work that needs to be done, I will definitely be calling them back! This kind of integrity is not easy to find amongst contractors.

  Chris is a great guy to work with. Before they left each day, they briefed us what they were going to do the following day. Every thing was done in a timely manner and spot on with the quote. We highly recommend Chris and would have him again if the occasion arose.
