Just had my first visit with Dr. Lacy and my first visit to a dentist in 10+ years. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Dr Lacy and his colleague were very thorough and descriptive about everything they were doing and everything they recommended. They take the time to get to know you and it makes you feel at home.
Dr. Lacy and his office are the absolute best. I went to Dr. Lacy many years ago but moved from town. I was back in Loveland last week and had a dental emergency and they saw me immediately, even though they had a very busy schedule. He interrupted his lunch to help me out and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were friendly and caring and did a wonderful job. He is the best.
So glad to tell you that Dr. Lacy and Chris (the hygenist) ALWAYS make me feel like we're on the same team to preserve my old teeth and give me hope that I'm looking the best I can. I'm grateful. I have been going for appointments since the day Dr. Lacy opened. Still smiling!
