(September 18, 2018, 5:08 pm)My Mom recently moved from Arkansas to live with us, and she needed new hearing aids. Although we've lived in Loveland for over 20 years, we had NO idea who to use, so I read through all the Google reviews of hearing-aid providers. I was impressed by what people said about Kyle and Myra, and I was even MORE impressed by them in person! Kyle was so patient and kind with my Mom, and even went so far as to come fit her hearing aids in the hospital, when she ended up there unexpectedly! Myra is a delight to work with as well! I highly recommend this dynamic duo!

Myra was so friendly and very helpful. Kyle was welcoming and hands down an expert with his expertise at solving my issue straight away. He made certain that I was comfortable and he educated me before during and after my appointment. I highly recommend Connect Hearing to all who are in need of expert help and a whole lot of comfort and genuine friendliness.

(August 23, 2018, 9:09 am)I visited Ross Archie at Connect Hearing a week ago for a hearing test and some 30 dB hearing plugs for my work with some loud sounds. I like to keep track as I expect it to decrease also due to aging (I know my dad's did). The test is free. I found Ross pleasant, easy, and very knowledgeable. He tested not only hearing levels but also with background noises. The earplugs are custom molded to my ears thus are an excellent fit and comfortable to wear during work. The price is very affordable. We compared the plugs to my 30 dB earmuffs that I have used until now and had bought in a local store. The earplugs he made are much better, so I am using those at my work now.
In the end I asked and he gave me a copy of the graph with all data he had taken for my own records. Excellent service! I recommend him to anyone who wonders about having a test done. Dr. Leo Moorman -

(July 16, 2018, 11:06 am)Excellent, professional service. I'm new to Colorado and recently lost one of my hearing aids. I contacted Connect Hearing for help with my warranty and spoke to Myra, who was extremely helpful. I had a new hearing aid in no time. When I went to pick up my hearing aid Kyle also performed a new hearing test along with changing up a few things for a better fit. I couldn't be more satisfied. What great people!!!
