  Prices that meet or beat the large chain stores, along with an experienced sales staff that truly knows their products and cares about their customers. As a repeat customer, I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with the level of service I have received. Always willing to go the extra mile to insure satisfaction. Encourage prospective appliance purchasers to think outside the "Big Box" stores and continue the drive up the road to Brookfield. Get treated like a valued patron, not a faceless number.

  Its a good place but there is absolutely NO way to leave a review of their items!I bought a Maytag washer and found out all but maybe 1 washer is high efficiency , meaning there is very LITTLE water in the machine..Ridiculous..Didnt want to spend $800 for a Speed Queen, the only one that fills completely..so decided on a Maytag..It sucks..While 1 setting will fill the tank, the agitation is ludicrous. It barely moves so larger items dont even get fully submerged...Cant understand why people gave it 4 out of 5 stars..You can NOT clean clothes when the clothes themselves arent even covered with water! This is our governments fault for insisting these companies comply with water standards..Even the salesman had to apologize..UGH What a waste of $650

  EXCELLENT buying experience. I bought a Maytag 4 piece Appliance package. I not only got the best price on the pieces I wanted but the service was OUTSTANDING! Tom White is the owner and he is a true gentleman and I found him to be HONEST and knowlegable! I highly recommend Lew White. Their delivery team was fantastic as well.

  Visited the store to purchase 4 appliances, the sales guy was very helpful and I spend hundreds of dollars less than my budget. As the saving were so good I opted to pay for all the install. The delivery guys and install guys were on time and very professional. My plumbing and electrics needed some changes which were carried out very neatly giving me a much safer and better solution than I had before with the old appliances. Very happy customer.
