  I was in the adolescent inpatient program for about a week. My stay there was amazing. All of the doctors are really nice and the food is fantastic. The staff is always there to talk if you need to and they are really helpful.

  Having a child hospitalized for mental illness is something no parent is prepared for. Silver Hill was the best place for my daughter (she had been in 1 other hospital). They treated as an individual not just another kid. The clients are not put into a room with little supervision or activities.the staff engages them in the clients area of interest. Parents are welcome during visiting hours, as the kids are in therapy most of the day.
  Family meetings are held often with real Doctors and staff who truly care.
  Silver Hill made a big difference in my daughters care. She talks about wanting to go back to volunteer after college. Yes college, a place i could not see her in a few years ago.

  Greatest place! I went here in 2010! Everyone was so kind. They would crush my meds and put it in a pudding cup for me because I can't swallow pills. I would 1000% recommend Silver Hill.

  The staff of the Acute Care Unit is top notch, friendly, kind, and compassionate. My Family member gets great care here. There are lots of rules and the place is a little austire, but the food is decent and the environment is better than any other such facility I have visited.
