(November 21, 2018, 7:14 pm)I visited both locations in townsend and Smyrna. I don’t have a bad thing to say about either. Ultimately, we bought a car from the Townsend location and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The people are very nice and are not pushy at all. The prices were very fair. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a used car!

Rich got me an excellent deal on a low mileage used Subaru, the customer service is top notch and the whole place has a great family vibe. Love chatting with long-time local customers in the lobby! I will be recommending Colonial to all my friends and family!!!

Well my name is attached to this review and I can be found on facebook with a simple search. I have knowns Rich and the folks at Colonial for over 15 years. I have bought a multiple vehicles over the years and have been quite happy. Up front and honest folks that are willing to help and work with you. So before you believe a review please look into who is posting them... Mine has my name attached right to it!

(August 29, 2018, 5:09 pm)My dad has brought over the years around 8 different Cars, Trucks and SUVS from Colonial Motors and he never had a issue with asking Rich to find him what he want. Anytime any issues came up with one of the vehicles he could always depend on Rich to fix the issue. Thank you for always having my beloved Dad Ron's back.
