This place is like Heaven. Everyone is Excellent. I thank God for the Doctor that He assigned for my healthcare needs. Her name is Dr. Lauren Foy. She is the best caring Dr. that i had in my life. She address all of my concerns. And i know she treats all of her patients with the same care. I really do thank GOD for her. I rate Christiana Care with one million thunbs up.
When I went to see Dr. Lauren Foy I found her office staff to be very pleasant and professional. They were very quick and helpful in sending the documents I needed. Dr Foy listened very well to my complaints and took action right away. That was , for me, probably the most important part. I would recommend Dr Foy anytime.
Great experience today! I see Jessica and she is very kind and caring. The facility is very clean and seems updated recently. The medical assistant was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I gave only 4 stars because I waited about 4-5 minutes to be greeted and checked in. Both staff members were on the phone. I was eventually greeted with a smile and helped! The staff did not seem overwhelmed like stated in other reviews which is great!
