  It was nice shopping for a mattress with out having a bunch of other shoppers around. I felt comfortable laying down and testing each mattress. I have been sleeping through the night on my new mattress . Which was a long time coming. Delivery was on time and quick.

  Mattress by appointment is an awesome company. David and his wife a very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I have been telling everyone about the company. I purchased two beds from them so far about to purchase another. They have have payment options if your not able to pay in cash. Hours are convenient. Give them a call.

  Their in-store selection was impressive as well as their courteous, friendly and personal customer service. The SNAP financing made it easy and affordable to make the purchase after my selection. I was reasonably satisfied with the delivery service except for the fact they forgot to bring the "mattress cover" as promised, for which I am still waiting to receive. Overall, they did a "GOOD JOB" especially with the removal of the old box spring. I would do business with them again as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

  Today I received my queen size bed and I am beyond excited and happy! This is the second time I have purchased a bed from Mattress by Appointment and I plan on purchasing another from them real soon!! Each time I have visited their Newark, DE office I have had an amazing experience!! From the moment that you walk in the door you are pleasantly greeted and from there the customer service experience just gets better!! They actually listen to what it is that you are looking for! They will spend hours with you, if needed, just to make certain that you leave a very happy customer!!

  I had the pleasure of meeting Dave Wilson today and his business, MATTRESS BY APPOINTMENT. What a wonderful opportunity it was for me, the professional manner and the kindness that they showed can't be beat. I moved to a new apartment yesterday without a bed. My brother is my best friend and he lives in New York State. Kevin called Dave and his company this morning to purchase a new bed for me. Kevin called called me around 11:00 am for 12:30 time. Arriving as stated on time 12:30. By 1:00 Dave and Robbie came by and set up an incredible new bed for me. I thought I was going to need to find someone to set it up for me, but Mattress By Appointment is completely full service. In a few minutes everything was set up perfectly and they cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Dave and his company anytime you need a new mattress. Kevin told him the type of mattress I would like, Dave choose a Structures Energy Euro Top Set and brought new pillows from Kevin . Dave and his company are outstanding. Please call them.
