(January 17, 2019, 7:46 pm)Since i bought a Challenger I've been coming here because of the newer Mopar Express Lane.. It's like a Jiffy Lube where you just pull up.. No appointment needed and they service your car. Never been to a dealership that has had that before. It's a cool idea. Glad they have that now and it's super convienent. Staff is very nice and always friendly.

(September 8, 2018, 6:45 pm)Katie made our experience very pleasant and not pushy like most car sales. Made my wife and I feel very welcome, like we were part of their family. Katie was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the truck we purchased. Keith the finance manager was the same way. Just a great experience for my wife and I. We can't say enough about the whole experience and recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to visit. Ask for Katie and tell her Brian Ross said to give you the same experience lol..!!????????

(April 3, 2018, 3:54 pm)My first car buying experience. The dealership was easy to communicate with by email. Scheduling an appointment to test drive and purchase was a breeze. The salesman who was supposed to help us was occupied with another customer, so the sales manager came out and took the test drive with us so we wouldn’t have to wait to be seen, which was very thoughtful.
The price in person against the price quoted online was different by about $300 due to local fees not applied in the Internet advertisement. Not a big deal. My salesman was personable, appreciative, knowledgeable, and considerate. The dude in finance who signed paperwork with me was also very considerate and knowledgeable, and he didn’t push me to buy anything I didn’t want or need. The price of my minivan ended up being about $6,000 less than comparable vehicles with other dealers.
Each time I have reached out to the dealership, whether it’s later in the evening or as early as 7am, someone has been there to help me. They even mailed my plates to me because I don’t live within casual driving distance.
I’m in love with my minivan and I don’t see how my first car buying experience could have been better.
