(August 19, 2019, 8:02 am)We called ahead to see if our room was ready early and spoke to Barbara Perez. Our room was ready an hour early which allowed for a nap (YAY!) and we were greeted by Barbara when we walked in. She was very friendly and super nice. She checked us out the next morning and made that a pleasant experience as well. We saw her greeting other customers in the same manner, always with a smile on her face and a cheerful word. All of the staff we interacted with during our stay were friendly and helpful.
The room was adequate, nothing fancy but the bed was comfy and the fridge was cold. Didn't use the microwave or coffee pot, but appreciated having them available. The wallpaper in the bathroom looked as though they'd had a leak or two and could use replacing, but that was really the only detail out of place.
Breakfast was decent - plenty of bread options, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, both pork and veggie sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juices, fruit. Not gourmet food, but lots of options and it was good for a free breakfast. -

(June 14, 2019, 10:04 am)A fine hotel with comfortable beds and furniture. Breakfast is decent and included in the price. I only stayed for a few nights, but would definitely go back. Staff was helpful and had everything ready when I arrived! My only gripe was the hallway and elevators were uncomfortably warm, but I'm from the North East so I suppose that's to be expected. No complaints about the A/C in the room though!
