Very quick response time, came out when requested for a room measurement. Product came in earlier than expected and was installed in one day when they said it would take two. Highly recommended to anyone looking to have there floors done.

I think they care about doing the job right so that you can enjoy your new floors and not worry about any issues popping up. We also felt the price was awesome.
