  Danny is hands down the best trainer ever, he researched all my sciatica related workouts to give me the right stretches and right movements to strengthen my muscles and increase my stamina. I don’t feel sore, I don’t drag my feet to go to training sessions. He’s an award winning trainer for a reason with all the success he has. I have several friends that he trains and everyone has nothing but incredible things to say about him and his state of the art facility with top of the line technology that record every exercise and movement to give you the most efficient results and accurate progress.

  I’m so glad I found Danny and his team at DFit. They are the best in the industry when it comes to fitness training. The DFit studio is state-of-the-art with experienced fitness coaches and instructors. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personalized fitness program in an upscale studio!

  Danny and his staff at Dfit are the best in the indutry. They are extremely knowledgeble, caring, and deliver results that are personal to you, not just a "one-size fits all approach". The new studio is state-of-the-art and an incredible place to train. So happy I found them!

  I considered myself as an above average weightlifter. When I started with DFit Personal Fitness I realized that 1: I was more of a beginner and 2: DFit knows exactly what they are doing. Starting with the consultation, the professionalism and knowledge was evident. They helped me set realistic goals. Casey is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, challenges me, and encourages me. Casey helped me not only meet my goals but crush them. Results and experience were so great that I have started another block of training sessions. I highly recommend Dfit Personal Training for all levels of experience.
