  Went to visit this place for a tour and Victor was amazing !!!!! he was so friendly and gave me a lot of valuable information . i look forward to working with him in the future . beautiful complex with a beautiful view of the lake . very clean

  I love living here. My wife and I moved into The Landings this year as newly weds. We couldn’t ask for a better first place to move into. The community is great. Quiet and friendly neighbors, community events like food trucks Wednesday’s, and clean grounds. The staff is also amazing. They are extremely helpful and make living here even more enjoyable. I highly recommend living here.

  Where can I begin? My boyfriend and I passed by to take a look at the apartments and instantly knew it was the one for me. Not only is the apartment spacious and renovated but the staff is phenomenal! I want to specifically speak about Victor. Victor was so great during this process. He showed so much enthusiasm, excitement and genuine kindness, he is the best! From the second I walked into the leasing office I felt at home. They are very friendly and open to answer any questions you may have. Victor took his time to show us several apartments and explained every detail we needed to know. By the end of the tour my boyfriend and I barely had ANY questions because Victor hit every key component we needed to know. Thank you Victor & Michael for making this process so smooth for us. Also, I have had issues with many other apartment complexes with them never answering my phone calls. I have called several times and the phone was picked up rapidly every time. Can't wait to move into my new home! Thank you all again! :)

  Location is convenient, grounds well kept and any issues I've had, has been resolved. Once in a while, I can hear neighbors outside but it's usually brief. While there is ample parking, It's like a fight to get good or decent parking. Most times after work or worse if I leave to go to the gym at nights, I'm always parked a mile away from my building so it gets annoying especially if I have groceries, etc. They recently installed new lights because it used to be very dark at nights but if your apt faces the parking lot, it shines right through the blinds (that does not cover the entire window or sliding door) that were recently replaced. In spite of that I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an apt to rent.

The landings is one of the cheapest apartments, I've searched and everything for a 2/2 is 1600+ so stop whining and enjoy the place you live in. You live near drug users then talk to them, don't be scared. I'm pretty sure half of you are all still living here and giving negative comments.
