I can’t recommend this place enough. I have been to this Auto zone three times with issues we were having with our vehicles and each and every time a different representative has helped me or my wife by going above and beyond to look up info, help put in fluid, fuses or change a battery all with an incredible attitude of service. I’ve never experienced such generous help from a store before. Today Nate went above and beyond to help me get transmission fluid into my Honda Odyssey (which can be quite the chore). Hamza helped me with info about my vehicles issues and all with a very generous attitude.

It’s great to see the same kind people year after year . My dad asked me to drive almost half way across town to get to this store because they are trustworthy and helpful people specially the store owner Hamza and as always my dad is correct after spending almost 600 dollars trying to get my car fixed and yet to get fixed by different shops it took him five minutes to find out the exact problem and yes I had to wait for my turn lol because everyone wanted to speak with him only not because there is anything wrong with other employees but Tanesha truly tried and was extremely professional and personal but she also asked him for his opinion and yet he never complained and was very honest and happy he could help it must be a great company to keep great people like him. I will be returning to this store no matter where I live like my dad did .

I always get great service at this AutoZone but want to say a huge thank you to Mellany for helping me out with 3 blown bulbs. By the time we assessed which ones were the problem, she already knew what model they were and had them ready for checkout. Definitely come here for your automotive needs.

I stopped by autozone, due to a dead battery. The store was busy at that time but even being short staffed Nate and hamza was there to assist me. The level of customer service I received from both of them was outstanding!

AutoZone staff has surpassed all expectations of customer service I could expect from any automobile store.

Last week Mr. Kishore (an elderly staff member of AutoZone in Morrisville NC), helped my wife choose and change her cars headlight bulbs. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and kind.

He was able to explain to her to change both the bulbs. And helping her choose the correct equipment and install the same for her all within minutes of her visit.
