Took my car there to have it serviced and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice and attentive and Brandon was a pleasure to deal with in the service department. Watching and listening to how they handled their customers while I waited was impressive. After unhappy experiences with customer service at the Honda at the Avenues, I will most definitely be back to Coggin Honda, as the level of customer service and professionalism was a refreshing experience!! A++++ Also, the new CRV is snazzy!

My experience with Coggin Honda was simply amazing. My sales rep Lauren Shepherd was simply awesome she was determined to make sure I found the vehicle of my choice and not just settle for what they offered. She spent tireless hours on that hot car lot as well as browsing online to find the vehicle of my choice. I purchased a CPO Fully Loaded with the full leather package and sunroof Honda CR-V EX L in my favorite color gray. Once I found the vehicle I liked, she had it shipped to the dealership. They placed me in a super nice loaner until my vehicle arrived. Then Kenny the Assistant Manager and finance guy was very instrumental in making sure I was fully covered in my financing getting me a super low rate in single digits and financed through one of the leading finance companies. So there you have it my experience was totally 100% awesome. When I arrived to pickup my New CPO Vehicle I had the most beautiful red bow sitting on top waiting for me to take delivery of my New Baby. Thanks Coggin Honda of Jacksonville, FL. I’ve been to multiple Honda dealerships throughout the years, but Coggin Honda on Atlantic has been the best by far! Deb Henson helped me tremendously and always kept me updated. She was the only person to ever put a bow on my new car, and even transferred everything from my old car for me! The managers and finance team were amazing as well, and I can’t thank them all enough…10/10 experience!

I came in and had the luxury of having Steve Welnetz assist me right away. He is very in tune with your needs without putting pressure of any kind to convince you to get something you weren’t interested in. Extremely welcoming and helped get us in the car that suited our needs the best. Highly recommend him along with the Honda team that has been in this location for years. Not your typical dealership where everyone has been there for less than a year. Highly recommend and will come again!

I always brace myself before going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” *Plot twist* at Coggin Honda it is the complete opposite! You get personable, professional people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with the entire team on my car buying process (Dominique, Ibo, and Suzan). They made the entire process stress free and pleasant. Dominique was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find the perfect vehicle for me and my needs!
