No pressure sales, just genuine recommendations from very knowledgeable staff. Installation team was quick, clean, and professional and finished over 1100 sqft of carpet in one day. All this and price comparable to the big box stores.

I went here to get carpet for my toddler's room. I wanted it to be soft and nice but not too expensive, and also wanted it done fast. Travis showed me options that were exactly what I was looking for and gave me great pricing with no games or haggling. It was installed in a few days. The installers did a great job too. The carpet is great qualtity for a great price. I will definately use them again when I remodel my other rooms.

We had looked around and didn't get a welcome feeling from Home Depot or Lowe's, and they were very highly priced. Empire was very pushy and high priced as well. We called Carpet One, and Travis Adams came out, and was very down to earth, was very informative and knowledgeable. We felt very confident about choosing them after talking with Travis. We met him in the store and made the final selections for carpet and the waterproof memory foam pad, and we couldn't be happier!! Installation was quick and easy, even though we had to break down and move our furniture out of the 3 rooms, which was or choice, to avoid paying for them to do it.
